• Any additional work not included in the original quote will be charged separately

• Obtaining required permits and approvals
• Removing personal belongings from work areas

Scope of Work

Project Timeline

Completion timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

Modifications

Any changes requested after work begins may impact pricing and completion timelines.

• A deposit of 30–50% is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

✅ Venesia Decor provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty starting from the project completion date.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by moisture, misuse, or neglect
• Alterations or repairs made by third parties

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photos.

Venesia Decor is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural or surface conditions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Variations between digital images and final results due to lighting or material differences

Company liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
